What Krunchi is

Krunchi is a training, nutrition and mindfulness app: it logs your workouts, generates training plans, estimates meals and offers recovery sessions. By creating an account you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy.

Not medical advice

Nothing in this app — including AI-generated plans, coach replies, readiness scores, nutrition estimates and cycle-based adjustments — is medical advice. It is training guidance built from the numbers you log. Lifting weights and endurance training carry real risk of injury. Train within your abilities, and talk to a qualified professional before starting a program if you have a medical condition, an injury, or any doubt.

AI features

AI outputs can be wrong. Treat generated workouts and coach answers as suggestions to sanity-check, not instructions to follow blindly. AI features have fair-use rate limits; when a limit or the service is unavailable, the app falls back to its built-in offline logic and says so.

Your account

Acceptable use

Don't abuse the service: no attempting to access other people's data, no scraping or reselling the app or its AI features, no using it for anything unlawful, and no trying to get around rate limits. We may suspend or remove accounts that do.

Your content

Everything you log stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it purely to run the app for you (including the AI processing described in the privacy policy). Delete your account and that permission — along with the data — goes with it.

The service

Krunchi is provided as-is, without warranties. We work to keep it fast and available, but we can't promise uninterrupted service, and to the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us (currently: nothing). We may update the app and these terms; meaningful changes will update the date at the top of this page.

Ending things

You can stop using Krunchi and delete your account in-app at any moment (Settings → Account → Delete account). We can terminate accounts that break these terms.
